Licensed Medical Aesthetician May 6, 2024 Licensed Medical Aesthetician We’re seeking a full-time or part-time experienced highly motivated, skilled and compassionate aesthetic provider. You will see patients independently and perform aesthetic treatments including but not limited to chemical peels, IPL, facials, laser resurfacing, dermalplaning, laser hair removal, micorneedling and radio frequency microneedling. The candidate must be positive, energetic, flexible, and provide excellent patient care. The candidate must also be self-motivated to stay up-to-date on aesthetic literature and best practices. This full-time or part-time position offers a compensation structure that includes a base hourly rate and commission. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct in-depth patient interviews that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures Administer services including but not limited to: chemical peels, IPL, Hydrafacial, laser resurfacing, Vivace, dermalplaning, laser hair removal & micordeeling Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files Maintain product knowledge to promote and sell med spa services and retail products Participate in networking and social events Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years’ experience in advance aesthetic and laser treatments Motivated and Confident Closer – Proven Sales Experience Experience building clientele Team Player, ability to mentor other providers and staff Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Hourly + Monthly Commission Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Submit Your Resume for Consideration by emailing: info@heights-plasticsurgery.com
