Laura December 19, 2022 Laura Macko, BSN, RN, CANS – Nurse Injector Laura has been a practicing aesthetic provider since 2011 and a full-time board-certified aesthetic nurse injector since 2016. Prior to becoming a nurse injector Laura worked as an OR Scrub Nurse at a high-volume plastic surgery office in Houston, TX. Laura obtained her nursing degree Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Alabama in 2008. She receives regular continuing education and is a certified Master Injector through Allergan, Galderma and Revance. Laura is one of the few nurses in the area to have her CANS certification which requires extensive training, education, and years of experience to obtain. Laura is also a national GAIN trainer for Galderma, where she travels to other medical offices, training providers on the newest products and techniques. Laura prides herself on taking her time with patients, building trust through personal relationships. She is committed to creating patient-specific treatment plants with the patient’s aesthetic goal as the primary focus. As a nurse injector, Laura combines her thorough knowledge of facial anatomy, her caring nature, and clinical expertise to achieve a natural, conservative results for her patients in a comfortable setting. She specializes in wrinkle reducers [Botox, Dysport, Xeomin & Daxxify], biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse and advanced injectable filler technique including full facial balancing.
