Surgical Technician May 6, 2024 Surgical Technician KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available Sterilize and organize equipment for upcoming surgical cases Ensure adequate supplies and order new supplies Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies Maintain a sterile field by following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Assist with the transportation of patients to and from the operating room Maintain accurate medical records, documenting all procedures, supplies used, and patient information Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care QUALIFICATIONS Strong patient care skills Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols Excellent understanding of human anatomy Familiarity with medical records and terminology Experience in acute care or ambulatory surgery center settings is preferred Experience in aesthetic plastic surgery procedures is strongly preferred If you are a dedicated Surgical Technician looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic surgical team, we encourage you to apply.
