Vivace™ in HoustonWhat is Vivace™?

Vivace™ is a new revolutionary minimally invasive cosmetic treatment that combines microneedling and radiofrequency energy to achieve optimal natural-looking results. The Vivace™ device uses 36 gold-coated microfine needles to delicately pierce the skin creating microchannels that are then penetrated precisely with RF energy to help stimulate collagen and elastin production and promote instant healing. Vivace™ achieves even puncture rates for smooth penetration into the skin. This helps to eliminate possible skin tearing and pain. By combining microneedling and RF energy, Vivace™ can achieve both epidermal resurfacing and deeper dermal remodeling to create better and more dramatic-looking results.

How Much Does Vivace™ Cost?

The cost of your Vivace™ procedure will be dependent on a number of factors, including how many areas are treated and how many treatment sessions are necessary. At Heights Plastic Surgery, we accept cash and all major credit cards. We are also happy to offer financing through CareCredit® for our patients.

How is Vivace™ Performed?

Vivace™ is an in-office treatment that begins with Dr. Downey or Dr. Bullocks applying a topical anesthetic to the treatment area. This ensures your comfort during the procedure. Once your face is numbed, the Vivace™ hand-held device will be gently placed over the treatment area. At the end of your procedure, a specialized soothing mask will be applied to your skin to help reduce redness and any swelling that occurs during treatment. A Vivace™ session typically takes between 45 minutes to an hour to complete, depending on the size of the area being treated.

What Can I Expect After My Vivace™ Treatment?

Because Vivace™ is non-invasive, it requires minimal downtime. You are free to return to work and resume your normal daily activities following your treatment. You may experience slight redness and swelling immediately following your appointment that should subside within a couple of hours. You can expect to see noticeable improvement in your skin’s tone, texture, and firmness that continues to improve over time.

Although you will see noticeable results after just one treatment, it is recommended that you receive multiple Vivace™ sessions to achieve lasting optimal results. Dr. Downey or Dr. Bullocks will discuss your treatment options to establish a customized treatment plan for your specific skin needs.

Am I A Good Candidate for Vivace™?
